are the following old world2ch rules still enforced???

Don’t get rid of the old guide or the old rules. Keep the guide for historic purposes and keep the old rules and some of the FAQ sections in place.

I say DO get rid of the old guide and rules. Keep the aesthetic, but update it for the current site. We're not the World2ch of classic, perhaps unfortunately, but we can be better. Just have to actually have a functional guide and good rules.
