I don't see why not, I had mostly live websites in mind but I guess there are plenty of archived sites worth bringing to people's attention. From what I recall the wayback machine doesn't play too well with no JS but for linking single pages it should be fine. It'd go into it's own category, of course.

And about Wiby, I like its goals but I kinda hate how everything has to be vetted. Like I want people to be able to submit their site and see it on the list right away so that people are encouraged to engage with the culture.
