Saitmaar as fallback fonts for Shift_JIS art (8)

As some world2ch users don't have the MS PGothic font, I think Shift_JIS art should use a fallback font like "Saitamaar" (which looks like pixelated MS PGothic) or "RobotoJAA" by the AAHub fonts site.

I'm pretty sure we already use monafont as a fallback font.
I don't know if it works, though... I've set MS PGothic as the default font on my browser wwwww

The mona font lacks some unicode blocks in most AA made using unicode blocks, like this:

I recommend Saitamaar to be used for fallback because it supports unicode blocks

You can see this by clicking on any font on the site.
I personally suggest RobotoJAA because saitamaar_light displays weirdly on my laptop
