Long story short, it seems that the U.S. has bombed Venenzuela and taken their president captive, but not occupied any part of the country.
Perhaps we could strike while the iron is hot, and install ourselves as the new leaders of the nation as a power vacuum is eminent. Thoughts?

I wonder how hard it would be to actually install yourself as the new "President". You could really just be a owner of a multi-million dollar company(not even multi-billion), and go pay off mercenaries to support you and voila, you run the country. The U.S. would probably back you too if they knew you'd let them do whatever they wanted.
