I have several old oekaki boards and oekaki archives bookmarked, but none with with this much abundance. There is almost 200 pages of touhou artwork, if you have anything similar then share it in this thread:

04 doesn't seem to be functional, but there is still over 1000 pages combined, each with 20~ oekaki. Must have been quite the community.
